XPM

XP

A classic and well-received model since it was launched in 2008. Its outstanding solvent-resistant property makes it suitable for various high-precise printing tasks.

SP Series

SPB

The newly launched SPB has exceptional elasticity and mechanical properties. It’s a cost-effective option for printing jobs that adopt water-based inks or UV inks.

SPC

Available for customized colors, SPC is suitable for high-speed UV ink printing and compact disc (CD) printing.

SPD

With high rebound and superior elongation properties, SPD is the perfect option for fabric printing.

VP Series

VP series is extremely durable, with good anti-wearing, anti-tearing, and elongation features. Suitable for different printing substrates such as fabrics, SPTE, plastic leather, etc. Tip shape customization is available.

FRP Series

Takes the fiberglass as its base, and adopts materials or hardness based on customers’ needs. It is used in solar cell printing, cylindrical printing, and other high-precision printing. But molds are required to achieve different dimensions.

SR Series

SR

SR adopts production process different from XP’s, which targets larger squeegee size. It’s suitable for processing of different shapes and lengths. Another economical option of solvent-resistant squeegee.

SR Double Layers

The design gives the squeegee excellent support. Deformation of the squeegee and pressure on the screen could be reduced. It also helps you reach the ideal squeegee angle and consistent ink output. Suitable for printed circuit board (PCB) and flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) printing.

SR Triple Layers

Triple layers feature excellent support, resilient body and reduced pressure on screen. It helps you reach the ideal squeegee angle and consistent ink output. Suitable for PCB and PCB printing.

SR Square

Square squeegees feature multiple sharp tips, excellent durability, and good elasticity. It could transfer the ink clearly and precisely, even on uneven surface. Suitable for solar cell or precise letter printing.

SR Curved Tip

Curved tip could protect and extend the screen’s life. Suitable for cylindrical printing or printing jobs that require higher ink output.

EP Series

Suitable for printing jobs that adopts polarized inks, such as blood glucose test strip printing.

TP Series

High hardness and excellent anti-wearing property. Compared to traditional steel scrapers, TP series would reduce the wearing of the gravure or steal plate (mask).
